Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- Sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew 2 shots of espresso (Parachute Dark coffee works here) in your coffee machine or use pre-made cold coffee.
- Steam 2/3 cup of milk and let it cool.
- In a tall glass, place 1 cup of ice cubes.
- Pour the brewed coffee over the ice, and then pour the steamed milk over the coffee.
- If you want it sweeter you can add sugar to taste.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your iced cappuccino!
If you don't have an espresso machine, no worries! Try this variation instead. Brew the coffee ahead of time and put it in the fridge so it's nice and cold when you need it!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of brewed dark coffee
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1 cup filled with large ice cubes
Instructions:
- Brew 8oz of dark coffee (such as Parachute Coffee's Dark coffee), and let cool.
- Use a frother to froth the milk until it doubles in volume. If you are using an Aeroccino, be sure to select the cold version
- Pour cold coffee over a glass filled with the ice cubes
- Top with frothed milk. A cappuccino has a ratio of 1/3 coffee and 2/3 frothed milk. Feel free to adjust here as needed.
If you are using a sweetener, add that when you brew first brew the coffee and stir well. Let cool and proceed to the instructions.
