The August coffee was some of the best my husband and I have ever tasted. I would say the only disappointing thing was that I had to ask what it was - as no card came with the shipment and no explanation why. Happily, my email enquiry was answered quickly. No surprise that the coffee was from Ethiopia, the birthplace of the coffee plant.

What is the return policy?
Orders are roasted to order and shipped out 1 business day after we receive them. If you cancel before then, you get a full refund.
Unfortunately, as we roast to order, once the order is shipped we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on our end.
If there was a mistake on our end, email hello@parachute.com for us to make it right.
How does the 30 day guarantee work?
If you are a new customer that has never bought from us before, your first bag of coffee has a 30 day "momentum guarantee".
This means that if for whatever reason you don't want the coffee, you can send it back for a full return of the total cost of the coffee, not including shipping.
It's simple. Just email us at hello@parachutecoffee.com. You pay for shipping to us and get the cost of the coffee back.
When will I get my order?
We roast to order one business day after the order is submitted. It typically takes 4-10 business days in total for your coffee to be airdropped to your doorstep.
This means your coffee is arriving at the perfect time. Coffee too freshly roasted is harsh and grassy. Coffee roasted too long ago is stale.
Be wary of any companies that promise faster shipping times, as that almost always means their coffee has been sitting on the shelves pre-roasted
Where do you get your coffee?
Our beans are sourced from a variety of small farms and collectives.
Our recurring lineup of THE DESCENT, THE GLIDE, and THE LAUNCH are blends come from the Americas and Africa.
THE DROP varies depending on the month. For example, one month it can be from Mexico and another from India. THE DROP is always single origin, meaning it comes from one specific location, rather than a mix of multiple. This leads to incredibly unique and specific flavor profiles that you have to try to really understand!
