We source our coffee from the world’s premium growing regions (Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and more), only selecting from the highest, tastiest altitudes (at least 1200+ metres above sea level).

Rule of Freshness: Freshly BREWED coffee is important. But equally important if not more, is that the coffee you are brewing is ALSO fresh.
Rule of 15: Unroasted “green” coffee beans are fresh for approximately 15 months. Roasted Coffee is fresh for 15 days.
Rule for storage: Always in a sealed container. Never let that sealed container be your freezer/fridge.

How is your coffee sourced?
Parachute Coffee source Direct Trade Coffee beans. Our coffee is sustainably and transparently sourced, and we aim to achieve full traceability. Each airdrop contains origin info to each producer and we only work with specialty coffee importers that share the same philosophy of transparency.
